We are pleased to share that our Founder & Managing Partner, Mr. Hani Zahran was recently featured in interviews with several leading Egyptian Sports Newspapers to discuss the successful outcome secured by our firm on behalf of our client, professional footballer Saad Samir. During the interviews, Mr. Hani confirmed that the Appeals Committee of the Egyptian Football Association upheld the decision of the Players' Affairs Committee, dismissing the appeal filed by Modern Sport Club and affirming the Club's obligation to pay EGP 3 million to our client in outstanding contractual entitlements. Mr. Hani explained that the proceedings were initiated following our client's claim for unpaid financial entitlements arising from his contractual relationship with the Club. After considering the matter, the Players' Affairs Committee awarded our client EGP 3 million. The subsequent appeal filed by Modern Sport Club was rejected, confirming our client's entitlement to the awarded amount. Mr. Hani further confirmed that our team has commenced the necessary enforcement proceedings before the Egyptian Football Association, including filing a request to suspend the Club's player registration until the judgment is fully satisfied, thereby ensuring the effective enforcement of our client's rights. This matter reflects our firm's continued commitment to delivering strategic legal representation in complex sports disputes and safeguarding the contractual rights of professional athletes. The matter was led by Mr. Hani Zahran, Founder & Managing Partner; Mohamed Roshdy, Partner – Dispute Resolution; and Yassin Zahran and Mariam El Zier, Associates. https://lnkd.in/euX92Yfa
