TLF Hani Zahran & Co continues to represent Saad Samir in connection with the ongoing financial dispute with Modern Sport FC Club. During a telephone intervention on El Match Program with TV presenter Mohamed Ada, Mr. Hani Zahran provided an update on the latest developments in the matter. In June 2025, the Players’ Affairs Committee issued a decision ordering the club to pay EGP 3 million to Saad Samir. The club subsequently challenged the decision before the Grievances Committee; however, its appeal was rejected and the original decision was upheld. Following the rejection of the club’s grievance, the deadline for filing an appeal before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) elapsed. Accordingly, the decision became final and enforceable. Despite the finality and enforceability of the decision, the club has not yet settled the outstanding amount. Consequently, we formally notified the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) that the club had failed to comply with the decision and requested that the club’s registration activities be suspended until the outstanding amount is fully settled in accordance with the applicable EFA regulations. We remain committed to protecting its client’s contractual and financial rights and pursuing all available regulatory and legal remedies to ensure the effective enforcement of the decision. https://lnkd.in/epX5_MYk

TLF Hani Zahran & Co is honored to have represented Abdallah El Saieed in his negotiations with Zamalek SC regarding his future for the upcoming season. Following extensive discussions and negotiations, Abdallah elected to continue with the Club, reaffirming his commitment to the team and his role as its captain. Throughout the process, Abdallah’s position reflected a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining stability and avoiding any additional financial pressure on the Club at a particularly challenging time. As captain, Abdallah’s decision represents more than a contractual outcome. It reflects a professional and responsible approach, grounded in loyalty to the Club, respect for its circumstances, and commitment to his teammates and the team’s continued progress. We are proud to have advised and represented Abdallah throughout this process and to have contributed to reaching an outcome that preserves the interests of all parties while reflecting the realities surrounding the Club. At TLF Hani Zahran & Co, we believe that effective legal representation extends beyond negotiations. It requires understanding the broader commercial and human considerations surrounding each matter and translating them into sound, balanced outcomes. A captain’s leadership is measured not only by what happens on the pitch, but also by the decisions he makes when his Club needs him most.
