Passant has reviewed and drafted a range of Contracts including Manufacturing and supply Contracts, employment Contracts, Lease Agreements, and Sales Contracts. Passant's expertise extends to conducting due diligence for telecommunications and manufacturing companies, moreover, demonstrating a strong grasp of legal intricacies across multiple jurisdictions.

Noteworthy more achievements including drafting various agreements such as Shareholders' Agreements (SHAs) for companies both in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, agency Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements (JV) for UAE clients. Passant is responsible for the  Request Fee Proposal (RFP) for our clients based in Saudi Arabia.
